I'm not here at the moment, so if you want to talk to me, it'll have to wait. Sorry.

Hello. I apologize in advance if this message is somewhat confusing, I am sending it to all of you at once. There are three sorts of people I want to get in contact with currently. Firstly, we are discussing recent events and would like the expertise of those who have been in Vatheon for a long time. Secondarily, things are likely to be getting messy here soon, so the defense force may become necessary. Finally, anyone who personally knew Alpha or the High Priestess. Please, take the time to look at this post.

Sir Ban Midou mentioned that you have been here longer than anyone else. I was also told that you were the one who recovered the documents from the church. If you could provide us with a brief history of this place from your point of view, it would be invaluable.

I know it is troublesome, but please. It has been implied that the clinic will be busy soon. I don't wish people to be injured unnecessarily. Anything you could provide us with to prepare ourselves or somehow prevent whatever is coming would be appreciated. A full history may not be necessary - an account of catastrophic events that have taken place here alone would be helpful.

[Guy's machine for reading the level of the coral's power was completed on Saturday. After seven days of readouts, Zelda sends Matthew a message.]

The coral appears to be repairing itself. Here are the readouts for the past five days, with "full power" being estimated off of Friday.

Friday: Full Power
Saturday: 10%
Sunday: 24%
Monday: 30%
Tuesday: 40%
Wednesday: 50%
Thursday: 68%

Healing effects of the coral seem to be reduced or removed entirely when its glow dims. People who frequently use it to stay away are also reporting trouble with that function when it loses power.

Based on these readouts, the coral is either repairing itself from the temporary merge with the strange dream world called "Somarium", or preparing for something rather large. Do take care.

Of course. I would hate for anyone to be harmed, especially while the coral is behaving so strangely.

It's just an observation based on the data gathered. With what you and others have told me, abnormalities in the coral tend to mean one of those two things. There's always the possibility that it's going to do something entirely new, but I don't see the danger in being prepared for the outcomes that we can forsee.

Yes, that is certainly a possibility as well... but such a circumstance wouldn't really require any action. It's better to be prepared for the worst.

[Zelda, sweetie, you're such a pessimist sometimes.]

[She looks at her SFC with a scowl, choosing to not dignify that with a response. A pessimist, is it? It's not as if she expects the worst to happen, she just wants to be prepared for it!

Maybe she is... a little.]
